These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Redo Page website builder service operated by Redo Page ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Redo Page, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Do not misuse the service or violate laws. Prohibited behavior includes attempting to disrupt or circumvent security, infringing intellectual property, or abusing resources.
You retain rights to the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the service.
Redo Page includes AI features that can generate or modify content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
The service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the service at any time.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material updates will be communicated via the app or email.
